About Heidi Dolce

I have spent years providing Corporate Wellness, Senior Wellness and Community Wellness programs throughout Nevada. It has been my pleasure to make a difference in individuals’ lives, while bringing health awareness to the community. I’ve provided programs at and for: hospitals, medical centers, doctors’ offices, chiropractic offices, large and small businesses, city, state and county employees', school district teachers', local unions, malls, community events, health fairs, health clubs, churches, large radio and TV events, charity races, sporting events and much more.

In January, 2004 I moved to California for a better opportunity and opened up Wellness Concepts. Since moving here I’ve  continued to expand my programs by offering exciting new services and a natural product line, as well as making a positive impact on the health minded individuals of Southern California.

Wellness Concepts Products

All the products I promote are products I have personally used to improve my health. I know the benefits of treating the cause of a disease, rather than the symptoms. I understand body chemistry and how it works with the natural pH of our bodies. The products I recommend allow natural healing to occur and are chemical free.

The products we carry are all natural and promote wellness, detoxification and a natural healthy state of being. We are always bringing on more products that fit our standards and are of the highest quality. Anything we will carry has to be natural, with NO chemicals, drugs, waxes, animal fats, etc. and has to promote an internal and external natural way of living.

Wellness Concepts Programs

Wellness Concepts focuses on Wellness Screenings, Natural Health Education, Natural Health Programs, Osteoporosis Prevention, Nutrition Programs and Natural Products. At the current time we offer three screenings available only at California events:

1. Body Composition

2. Bone Density (Osteoporosis)  

3. pH Levels

All screenings are non-invasive and give the participant valuable information about their health. When the screening is completed we educate the participant about causes, solutions and how to naturally help themselves to get or stay healthy.

Let me help you develop a personalized wellness program based on:

5 Keys to Vibrant Health

1. pH Body Balance – Work on a daily basis to maintain your body’s pH balance.

2. Water – Ingest at least eight 8 oz. glasses of spring water or water pH balanced at 7 or higher by adding the Miracle II Neutralizer daily to your water.

3. Body Cleansing of Toxins – Liver/gallbladder flushes every 6 months to a year and regular, daily bowel movements, and monthly colon cleansing.

4. Digestion – Eat 5 – 7 small meals a day. Chew slowly, completely, and stop before you are full. Take digestive enzymes as needed and probiotics as needed.

5. Nutrition – Follow a pH balanced diet of 80% alkaline and no more than 20% acidic forming foods at each meal. Eat organic foods in their natural state.
