a clear accurate double color reading and are easy to
use.
Unlike using litmus paper, the strips don't bleed when they get wet,

match the colors to the chart included in the kit for a clear easy
to read indication. The strips are specially made to test saliva and
urine.

Test yourself first thing in the morning, saliva or urine.
Saliva: Hold the test strip color side down on your
tongue with a pool of saliva on the end or onto a spoon
with your saliva for 3 seconds. Wait 30 seconds and match the
2 colors to the color chart for your reading.
Urine: Use your first morning urine. Urinate a little
first, to get a clean stream, and then urinate into a cup or
put the strip directly in your urine flow wetting the
color side. Put the stick in urine for 3 seconds. Wait 30 seconds
